1. Purpose of Milady's Court

Milady's Court is a community and connection platform.

Our purpose is to create a supportive environment where women can share experiences, perspectives, lessons, resources, and encouragement.

Milady's Court does not promise to solve individual members' problems.

We provide the space and system for connection and conversation. Each member remains responsible for her own decisions, relationships, actions, and outcomes.

Participation in Milady's Court does not create a professional, fiduciary, therapeutic, employment, agency, partnership, or advisory relationship between you and Milady's Court.

2. Not Professional Advice

Content available through Milady's Court may discuss topics including relationships, careers, business, finances, family, personal development, wellness, spirituality, beauty, education, and life experiences.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, this information is provided for general educational, informational, and community purposes only.

Milady's Court does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, or other licensed professional advice through ordinary community content.

Members should consult an appropriately qualified professional when their circumstances require professional advice.

You are responsible for determining whether information shared on the Platform is appropriate for your circumstances.

3. Member-to-Member Connections

Milady's Court allows women from different backgrounds and experiences to connect.

You may meet people through discussions, comments, groups, events, messages, blogs, or other Platform features.

You are solely responsible for deciding whom you communicate with, trust, meet, hire, work with, purchase from, sell to, collaborate with, become friends with, or otherwise establish a relationship with.

Milady's Court does not guarantee the identity, character, qualifications, intentions, background, financial condition, professional credentials, or truthfulness of another member unless we expressly state that we have independently verified specific information.

The fact that someone is permitted to participate in Milady's Court should not be interpreted as an endorsement, recommendation, background check, professional verification, or guarantee by Milady's Court.

4. Business Transactions Between Members

Members may learn about businesses, services, products, employment opportunities, collaborations, events, or other opportunities through people they meet on the Platform.

Unless Milady's Court expressly identifies itself as a party to a particular transaction, Milady's Court is not a party to agreements or transactions made independently between members or between a member and a third party.

Before paying money, signing contracts, providing services, sharing confidential information, investing, entering business relationships, or making other commitments, members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

This may include independently verifying licenses, credentials, business registrations, references, insurance, contracts, identities, and other information relevant to the transaction.

Members enter such arrangements at their own discretion and risk.

5. Personal and Social Relationships

Milady's Court may create friendships, mentorships, professional relationships, collaborations, and other personal connections.

Milady's Court cannot control what happens in relationships that members independently choose to establish.

Members are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when communicating online or meeting another person offline.

We strongly encourage members to protect their personal information and use appropriate precautions before meeting someone they know only through the Platform.

6. Community Safety

Milady's Court is intended to be a supportive community.

Members may not use the Platform to engage in:

• harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, or stalking;
• hate speech or abusive conduct;
• sexual harassment or unwanted sexual communications;
• fraud, scams, impersonation, or intentional deception;
• exploitation or manipulation of other members;
• unauthorized solicitation or spam;
• illegal activity;
• attempts to obtain another member's sensitive personal or financial information through deception;
• publication of another person's private information without authorization; or
• conduct that Milady's Court reasonably determines threatens the safety, privacy, integrity, or purpose of the community.

7. A “Safe Space” Does Not Mean a Guarantee of Safety

Our goal is to foster a community where women can feel supported and respected.

However, the terms "safe space," "safe haven," "supportive community," and similar descriptions express the purpose and values of Milady's Court. They are not guarantees that harmful, offensive, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct will never occur.

We cannot guarantee the actions of every person who accesses or interacts through the Platform.

Members should report concerning behavior so that Milady's Court can review it and take action when appropriate.

8. User-Generated Content and Personal Opinions

Members may share personal stories, opinions, experiences, recommendations, comments, reviews, advice, resources, and other content.

Such statements belong to the individual making them.

A member's statement does not necessarily represent the views, opinions, recommendations, or positions of Milady's Court.

Members are responsible for the content they submit and must have the right to share that content.

9. Business Promotions, Recommendations and Disclosures

Members must be truthful when recommending or promoting products, businesses, services, or opportunities.

Members must not create fake testimonials, misleading reviews, fraudulent business claims, or deceptive promotions.

If a member receives money, free products, discounts, commissions, referral fees, or another benefit in connection with a recommendation or promotion, the member is responsible for making any disclosure required by applicable law and Platform policies.

Milady's Court may establish additional rules governing advertising, solicitation, business promotions, affiliate links, and commercial activity.

10. Privacy Between Members

Members should use discretion when sharing personal information.

Do not assume that information shared with another member will remain confidential merely because the conversation occurred through Milady's Court.

Unless Milady's Court expressly provides a feature with specific confidentiality protections, Milady's Court cannot guarantee that another member will keep information you voluntarily disclose private.

Members should avoid publicly sharing sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, government identification numbers, medical records, home addresses, or other information that could create a risk of identity theft, fraud, or personal harm.

Our collection and use of information by the Platform itself is separately governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts and login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate information when required and not to impersonate another person.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Women-Centered Community

Milady's Court was created as a women-centered community dedicated to the experiences, development, connection, empowerment, and well-being of women.

Membership eligibility requirements may be described separately in our Membership Eligibility Policy.

Members agree to respect the purpose and character of the community.

Milady's Court reserves the right to establish and enforce reasonable membership and participation requirements, subject to applicable law.

13. Reporting Concerns

Members are encouraged to report suspected harassment, fraud, threats, impersonation, inappropriate solicitation, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms.

Reporting a person does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Milady's Court may investigate reports and determine appropriate action based on available information, Platform policies, and applicable law.

Where circumstances reasonably warrant it, we may cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement or other governmental authorities.

14. No Guarantee of Results

Milady's Court does not guarantee that participation will produce any particular personal, professional, emotional, social, relationship, career, business, or financial result.

Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that another member will experience the same result.

15. Assumption of Responsibility

By participating in Milady's Court, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

You are responsible for evaluating information and opportunities presented by other members and deciding whether to act upon them.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or exclude responsibilities that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Milady's Court and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or your independent interactions or transactions with other users or third parties.

Any limitation or exclusion of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Third-Party Services

Milady's Court may contain links, references, advertisements, resources, or information relating to third-party websites, businesses, professionals, products, or services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, their appearance on the Platform does not mean Milady's Court guarantees or endorses them.

Members should independently evaluate third-party products and services before making decisions or payments.

18. Platform Moderation

Milady's Court reserves the right, but does not undertake a general obligation, to moderate Platform activity in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

We may investigate reported conduct and remove or restrict content or accounts that we reasonably determine violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

Our decision not to remove particular content does not constitute an endorsement of that content.

19. Suspension and Termination

Milady's Court may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce Platform rules, respond to suspected fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect the Platform and its community.

20. Changes to These Terms

Milady's Court may update these Terms as the Platform develops.

When required, members will be notified of material changes and asked to accept updated Terms.

The effective date displayed at the beginning of these Terms identifies the current version.

21. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's law must apply.

Any dispute-resolution, arbitration, venue, class-action waiver, or similar provision should be separately reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before being incorporated into these Terms.

Member Acknowledgment

By selecting "I Agree," creating an account, or using Milady's Court, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and any incorporated Platform policies.

You specifically understand that:

• Milady's Court provides a community and system for connection; it does not promise to solve your personal problems.
• Information shared by members should not automatically be treated as professional advice.
• Milady's Court does not automatically verify or endorse every person, business, product, service, or opportunity mentioned by members.
• You are responsible for deciding whom you communicate, socialize, collaborate, or conduct business with.
• You should perform your own due diligence before exchanging money, signing agreements, meeting people offline, or entering business relationships.
• You agree to respect the privacy, dignity, safety, and purpose of the Milady's Court community.
